Truckers prefer your vehicle to be empty to prevent inspection issues at the border.
A maximum of 100-pounds may be inside your vehicle
Prohibited items include food, plants, tobacco, alcohol, drugs (even prescribed), firearms, flammable liquids or commercial items.
EVERYTHING in the vehicle other than the spare tire & owners manual must be listed on a Customs form that we will provide.
Nothing inside the vehicle may be locked and everything is subject to inspection.
The gas/fuel tank should be as close to empty as possible.
The trucking company will insure your vehicle while it is in their care. They will probably take pictures before and after transport to document any pre-existing damage.
